By accessing the jin69 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
These Terms are effective from the date you first access the Platform or create an Account, whichever is earlier. If you are a registered Player, continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

Any Balance in such an Account will be returned via the original deposit method after identity review. jin69 may report underage registration attempts to relevant authorities where legally required.
Each eligible individual may hold only one Account on the jin69 Platform. The existence of multiple Accounts associated with the same individual — whether by name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or any other identifying characteristic — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances.
When completing the registration form, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information and must notify jin69 of any changes by contacting customer support. jin69 accepts no liability for any loss arising from inaccurate Account information provided by a Player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You must notify jin69 immediately if you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised. jin69 customer support will never ask you to disclose your password.
jin69 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
As part of jin69's commitment to responsible gaming and fraud prevention, all Players are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process before their first withdrawal request can be approved. jin69 may also request KYC documentation at any time where there is a reasonable basis to verify a Player's identity, age, or payment method ownership.

jin69 will review submitted KYC documents within 24 hours of receipt on business days. jin69 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following supported payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. jin69 reserves the right to add or remove payment channels at any time without prior notice.
The minimum deposit on the jin69 Platform is Rp 10.000. There is no platform fee charged by jin69 on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jin69 accepts no responsibility.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be refused, and any funds received from unverified third-party sources will be returned and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.
jin69 is not responsible for any delays in deposit processing attributable to third-party payment providers, Indonesian banking infrastructure downtime, or force majeure events. In the event that a deposit does not appear in your jin69 Balance within the expected processing window, please contact jin69 support with your deposit reference number.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the jin69 Cashier, subject to the following conditions:
jin69 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for verified Accounts to all supported Indonesian bank and e-wallet channels. This target applies during normal operating hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). Withdrawals submitted outside these hours or requiring additional review may take up to 24 hours. jin69 does not charge any platform fee on withdrawals.
jin69 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures. This may extend the standard processing time. Players will be notified of any such review via their registered email address or through the jin69 live chat support channel.
jin69 offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered. Bonus Abuse: Attempting to exploit jin69 promotions through multi-accounting, collusion, or any other strategy designed to extract value from bonuses without genuine play constitutes Restricted Activity under Section 11 and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated Balances and Bonus Funds.
All sports bets placed on the jin69 Sportsbook and In-Play Betting product are subject to the individual market rules applicable to each sport, league, and bet type. The following general betting rules apply across all markets on the jin69 Platform:
All casino games and slot titles available on the jin69 Platform are operated by third-party game studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Habanero, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe) under licence from their respective licensing authorities. jin69 provides access to these games but does not develop or maintain the underlying game software.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jin69 Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and may result in civil or criminal action where applicable under Indonesian law:
jin69 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, inability to complete KYC verification, at the request of a regulatory or law enforcement authority, or as a protective measure requested by the Account holder under the Responsible Gaming tools.
Where an Account is suspended for investigation, jin69 will notify the Player via their registered email address within 48 hours of the suspension where legally permissible. The investigation window is up to 30 days from the date of suspension, during which time the Player's Balance will be held but will not accrue any additional winnings or losses.
Where an Account is permanently closed for breach of these Terms, any Balance in the Account may be forfeited at jin69's discretion, particularly where the breach involves fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse. In all other cases of voluntary Account closure, the Player's verified real-money Balance will be returned via their last verified withdrawal method within 5 business days of the closure request being processed.
Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting jin69 customer support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 2 business days. If you wish to close your Account as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion, please specify this in your request — a self-exclusion closure is handled under the Responsible Gaming Policy and includes additional protections.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jin69 Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. This licence is revocable at any time and does not grant any rights in the Platform's intellectual property beyond those expressly stated here.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jin69's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the value of the Player's verified real-money Balance at the time the liability arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits jin69's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
jin69's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by the jin69 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the jin69 Privacy Policy in its current form.
jin69 processes personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and customer support. jin69 does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without explicit Player consent.
jin69 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jin69 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where the changes are significant, notify registered Players via their registered email address or through a prominent notice on the Platform.
Continued use of the jin69 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to an amended version of the Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 12.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through jin69's internal dispute resolution process (described below) shall be subject to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of the competent courts as determined by jin69's applicable governing law. jin69 will make reasonable efforts to resolve all Player disputes informally in the first instance through its customer support channels.
